The projects consisted of showroom display area, office areas, ware house, workshop and mechanical rooms. The detail design of the mechanical and electrical system involved, Central air conditioning and ventilation system design for showroom, workshop, and mechanical rooms. Ware house consisted of mechanical ventilation system design. And electrical system including low currents, lighting and power system including voltage drop calculation and Dialux lighting calculations were provided. In addition to MEP systems design, compressed air system was designed for the workshop.

Load calculation performed in HAP, duct sizing using MacQuay duct sizer, lighting calculation using Dialux, Voltage drop calculation using ETAP and detailing of the drawings was performed in AutoCad.
